We invite you to participate in our golf benefit at a level which best represents your organization's support of the Turtle Creek Valley
MH/MR, Inc. mission.
Excellence Sponsor Level
Benefits include: Title rights and negotiated benefits, Golf billboard in Homestead area with your sponsorship information for one month, Participation of 4 golfers, Banner at registration table and lunch, Full Page Ad in event program (4.75"w x 7.75"h), Two Tee signs (12" x 16") and Table Sponsorship 2
Cost - $5000
Empowerment Sponsor Level
Benefits include: Participation of four golfers, Registration Table Banner, Full Page Advertisement in the event program (4.75"w x 7.75"h), Two Tee Signs and Table Sponsorship 2
Cost - $2500
Advocacy Sponsor Level
Benefits include: Participation of four golfers, Full Page Advertisement in the event program, Auction Area Banner and One Tee Sign
Cost - $1500
Support Sponsor Level
Benefits include: Participation of four golfers, Half Page Advertisement in the event program and One Tee Sign
Cost - $1000

- Foursome - $700
- Individual Golfer - $180
- Table Sponsor 1 - $350 - Companies may purchase a table in the dining area at lunch to display products and talk to doctors and golfers that attend.
- Table Sponsor 2 - $500 - Companies may purchase a table at lunch (seats 8) to invite fellow employees or guests.
- Skill Prizes - $350 - Companies may donate to fund the skill prizes and receive appropriate recognition
- Program Ad - $250 - Half Page Ad in the event program (4.75"w x 3.75"H)
- Hole Sponsor - $125
- Beverage Cart Sponsor - $550 - This package comes with one FREE golfer- Sponsorship includes signs on beverage cart, purchase of beverages and opportunity to drive the cart to talk to pentential customers (limited to first paid cart sponsor)
- Putting Contest Sponsor- $550 - This package comes with one FREE golfer- Two tee signs at the putting contest (limited to the first paid putting contest sponsor)
- Silent Auction Items
All golfers will receive: green fees, cart, locker and bag service, two meals, door prizes and awards.
