Intake Department
The Intake Department of TCV MH/MR, Inc. provides children, adolescents and adults general information about the services we offer.  Intake workers also refer those that are experiencing mental health, intellectual developmental disabilities or alcohol and other drug-related problems to one of our various programs.

During the initial phone call, an Intake Clinician will gather confidential information and assess the situation of a caller requesting services.  A referral to the appropriate treatment provider is made, if necessary.

Emergency phone crisis support services are also available by telephone after business hours, weekends and holidays.

Service Coordination services are part of a treatment team that may include a therapist, psychiatrist and when appropriate, staff at the residential programs.

Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination
The Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination Team provides treatment, services and support to adults with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination services are provided in the community and are intended for individuals who are in need of a more intensive level of service than Blended Service Coordination. The team consists of a master’s level therapist, a psychiatric nurse, service coordinators and a certified peer support specialist.
